PROGRAM PROCEDURES

ELITE CONDITIONING’s Program Procedures have been implemented to give the Client (you), detailed step-by-step instructions on what to do for each aspect of the program you’re participating in (Training and/or Nutrition), in order for you to be successful and achieve your goals.

It is essential that the you follow these procedures as listed, so that data is collected, relayed back to the Coach, and necessary adjustments can be made. If these procedures are not followed nor conducted, your program will be at a standstill and results will vary.

This document will be updated as we, ELITE CONDITIONING, continue to evolve our program services to provide you the best coaching services possible. You will then receive the revised version.

PRE-PROGRAM

  • You’re to fill-out ELITE CONDITIONING’s Client Questionnaire: CLICK HERE
  • Join TEAM EC’s private Facebook group for a supportive community, updates, collaboration, motivaiton, and more: CLICK HERE
  • *You’re to track your daily calories and morning weight for 7-days using a tracking app or website (e.g. MyFitnessPal):
    • Tracking Weight Process: first thing in the morning, after you use the bathroom (#1 and/or #2), minimal to no clothing, fasted. This will give us a consistent measurement of weight each day to record your baseline weight.
    • Tracking Calories Process: track everything you eat and drink using a tracking app and/or website (e.g. MyFitnessPal).
    • You will also be sent our Weight / Calorie Tracking Sheet you can use to record and send your numbers.
    • You’re to send your 7-days’ worth of tracking (weight & calories) once completed to your Coach, or notify your Coach when completed if using our Weight / Calorie Tracking Sheet.
  • *Once you’ve completed and submitted your 7-days’ worth of tracking (weight & calories), your personalized macro-based Nutrition Plan will be created and delivered. You will not receive your Nutrition Plan until this step has been completed.

TRAINING PROCEDURES

  • Your Training (Workout) program will be created based on your goals and request (via Client Questionnaire & Consultation), and delivered on a 4-week basis with proper adjustments (if/when necessary).
  • Your workout program will be delivered via Excel spreadsheet shared link (OneDrive).
    • Excel Spreadsheet Link: your workout program being delivered in this format will allow both you and your coach to have access in any internet browser (computer & mobile), the Excel app on mobile & tablet devices, as well as the Excel computer application. Since it’s a shared link, both you and your Coach will be able to make edits, additions, and adjustments to your program.
      • The Excel spreadsheet is for you to input your workout data (e.g. weight used, reps achieved) for your own personal records. When your 4-weeks of tracking have been completed, you’re to send/notify your Coach so he/she can review and make necessary adjustments.
    • If you want a paper (PDF) version of your workout program, your Coach can provide it to you at your request.
  • You’re required to submit your workout spreadsheet to your Coach on a weekly basis, as this will increase your accountability, create positive habits of tracking, and get you closer to your goals.
  • You’re required to submit progress pictures (front, side, back (optional)) on a weekly basis, as this allows your coach to visually see change over time. Your progress pictures will also create your ‘WOW factor’, as you’ll be able to visually see where you’ve started and the journey you’ve traveled.
  • Your Coach will analyze your workout data and progress pictures, and use this information to make necessary program adjustments.

NUTRITION PROCEDURES

  • After you complete your 7-days’ worth of tracking your morning weight and daily calories, your personalized macro-based Nutrition Plan will be created and delivered via email.
  • You’re to review your Nutrition Plan, watch the video tutorial, and gather questions you may have to be answered or clarified.
  • You’re to follow your Nutrition Plan ASAP. If you receive your Nutrition Plan during the evening/night time, you’re to start the following morning.
  • You will also receive a Weekly Tracking Workbook Excel spreadsheet, to fill-in your data on a daily/weekly basis. This workbook is essential to the success in your program.
  • Once you’ve filled out a weeks’ worth of data on your Weekly Tracking Workbook, you’re required to send/notify your Coach. Your Coach will then analyze your data and make any necessary program adjustments. You will then follow the new program adjustments when applicable.
  • You’re required to submit progress pictures (front, side, back (optional)) on a weekly basis, as this allows your coach to visually see change over time. Your progress pictures will also create your ‘WOW factor’, as you’ll be able to visually see where you’ve started and the journey you’ve traveled.
